Privacy Policy

You don't need an account to use UltimateTools, and we don't ask for your name, email, or any personal information to use a tool. Almost every calculation on this site runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you type are never transmitted to our servers, because for the vast majority of tools, we don't have a server processing your input at all.

We do not require registration, and we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or contact details
• The numbers, dates, or text you enter into a calculator
• Files you upload to tools like the Image Resizer or Merge PDF
• Payment information (every tool on the site is free)

Calculators, converters, and generators — the majority of tools on this site — compute their results using JavaScript running on your own device. Your inputs never leave your browser.

A small number of tools — trackers and planners such as the Expense Tracker, Subscription Tracker, Habit Tracker, Bill Organizer, Weight Tracker, Water Intake Tracker, Chore & Allowance Tracker, and Packing List Generator — let you save entries so they're still there the next time you visit.

That data is stored using your browser's local storage, directly on your device. It is never sent to us, never visible to us, and never shared with anyone. It stays on that specific browser and device until you clear it yourself — clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or switching devices will not carry it over, since we never had a copy to begin with.

The Currency Converter is the single exception to "everything stays in your browser." To show live exchange rates, our server (not your browser) requests current rate data from a third-party exchange-rate API. That request only includes the currency codes involved (for example, USD and EUR) — never any personal information, and never the amount you're converting.

At the time of this policy, UltimateTools does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising. If we introduce a traffic analytics service (such as Google Analytics) or advertising (such as Google AdSense) in the future, we'll update this policy to describe exactly what's used, what data it involves, and how to opt out where that's possible — before it goes live, not after.

UltimateTools is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — consistent with the rest of this policy, since we don't collect personal information from any visitor.

If this policy changes — most likely if we add analytics or advertising — we'll update the "last updated" date above and describe the change clearly on this page.
